- In narrative, describe your understanding of an AUP, CIPA, COPPA, copyright law and fair use policy in education.
Overview of the Proficiency
- Write a narrative discussing how to discern copyrighted information and proper ways for citing electronic sources. Include a signed district Acceptable Use Policy and sample student Acceptable Use Policy.
- Discuss safety issues especially in regards to publishing names and pictures of minors. Include district guidelines and appropriate use of chat rooms as well as confidentiality requirements regarding student grades.
