Overview of the Proficiency
- Write a narrative showing your knowledge of the major components of a computer, cpu, motherboard, etc... Include a list of computer terms. Give examples of your classroom and home computers ram and processor speeds.
- If you went shopping to buy a computer, would you know how to choose the components from a list of options?
Possible examples to include in portfolio:
- Kids Domain Computer Lesson -- A helpful site with lessons that describe the inner and outer workings of a computer
- Parts of a Computer -- Build your arifact from this vocabulary list
